Savills has come top of the real estate agents / advisors category in the 2014 UK Business Superbrand chart for the sixth consecutive year, ahead of industry competitors BNP Paribas Real Estate, Jones Lang LaSalle, Knight Frank and Strutt & Parker. In addition, the firm was ranked 119 in the overall league table of the top 500 business Superbrands across all sectors, jumping 32 places from its position last year at 151.
The Business Superbrands survey is independently administered by The Centre for Brand Analysis (TCBA) and brings together an expert Council and 2,000 business professionals to choose the UK’s strongest B2B brands, based on three key elements: high quality, reliability and trust and distinctive services. During the voting process, all those involved bear in mind the statement: ‘A Superbrand has established the finest reputation in its field. It offers customers significant emotional and/or tangible advantages over its competitors, which customers want and recognise.’
