Parkside House, the former Inland Revenue offices in Weston-super-Mare, has been sold to a private purchaser for residential conversion under the Permitted Development Rights legislation. Property Consultants Alder King negotiated the freehold sale of the offices, which are on Grove Street, on behalf of Sladeridge Properties.
The four storey high building had been designated past its prime for use as offices, but was ideal for residential development as it was particularly well positioned in the town centre.
The 17,745 sq ft building includes a reception with an eight person lift and 24 secure basement car parking spaces.
The sale price has not been disclosed.
