Local Shropshire commercial property agents Wiggins Lockett Thompson have leased a 4,300 sq ft industrial unit at Hortonwood 10 in Telford to recycling specialists Wasteaway.
Anthony Wiggins said: “Ashley Clayton, who runs Wasteaway, has expanded the company over the past few years and we’re pleased to have helped him find a long term home for his business again. Unit B8, despite being left in poor condition by the former tenant, suited Wasteaway who were able to move in facing little or no break-in service to their customers. Hortonwood 10 has been very active with companies moving round over the past year and this looks likely to continue."
