Refurbished Furzehall Farm in Fareham acquires new tenants14th April 2014

Thanks to a major refurbishment programme, all the office units at Furzehall Farm in Fareham are now fully let. 

New tenants include landscape architect and environmental planner Influence CLA, which has taken a five-year lease on units 17 and 18, and Cura Home Care, a specialist new home repair and maintenance contractor, which has taken a short lease on unit 6.

Hampshire law firm Graeme Quar & Co has added units 8-10 to its other premises at Orchard House, Furzehill Farm and Petersfield.

Refurbishment works have been ongoing since 2013 at the former farm buildings, which are now self-contained units and open plan offices with shared access to conference facilities and meeting rooms.

Tom Holloway, Agency Director at property consultants Holloway, Iliffe & Mitchell who agreed the lettings said:  “The recent deals at Furzehall Farm continue to demonstrate the increase in demand for well-located high quality space across the South. Following the refurbishment programme last year, we had interest in these offices from numerous potential occupiers all looking for similar space and could easily have let them several times over.”
