Commercial property consultancy Alder King has appointed two new surveyors, Will Grant and Will Acock, to its valuation and lease department in Exeter.
The two Wills are returning to their Devon roots, having worked in London for the past four years.
Will Grant, who is now senior surveyor with Alder King, was previously with Cushman and Wakefield, where he specialised in valuation.
Will Acock, who will be working as a surveyor in Alder King's lease advisory team, has come from CBRE, where he specialised in lease advisory and valuation work.
Partner Tim Lee, who heads up Alder King’s professional team in Exeter, said: “We are excited about the expansion of the valuation and lease advisory services in Exeter, which is in response to our increasing workload and positive view about the property market recovery. Will and Will both bring valuable experience and resource, which enables us to provide a growing range of clients across the region with high quality advice and support.”
