2 new graduate surveyors appointed at Lambert Smith HamptonLambert Smith Hampton's (LSH) Birmingham office has appointed two new graduate surveyors, who will be joining the industrial and lease advisory teams.

Sam Dowson, who graduated from University of the West of England in 2013 with a BSc (Hons) in business enterprise, will be working in the firm's industrial department and will undertake his Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) as well as a Master’s conversion course, which he begins in September.

Bhav Purewal, who is from Sutton Coldfield has a BSc (Hons) in building surveying from Leeds Metropolitan Universityand and has joined LSH from Holland & Barrett (part of NBTY Europe), where he was a graduate surveyor.

He is part-way through his APC to become a MRICS chartered surveyor and has three years’ property and construction management experience. He will join the lease advisory team in Birmingham under the guidance of director Gareth Lester-Jones.

Adam Ramshaw, head of office at LSH in Birmingham, said: “We’re always keen to nurture great talent and I believe Sam and Bhav have the makings of becoming excellent chartered surveyors. “

“Sam proved his commitment to a career in property by undertaking a range of work experience in our Guildford office with enthusiasm, while Bhav is already part-way through his APC, having gained a good range of experience.”
