Five industrial units at commercial property developer Tidebank's speculative Coxbridge Industrial Park development in Farnham have all been snapped up off plan, with a list of potential occupiers waiting in the wings.
The new units, which range in size from 1,525sq ft to 2,350 sq ft are scheduled for completion in December 2014.
Stuart Mitchell of commercial agency Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell, which has been appointed to market the site said: “With confidence returning to the industrial market, Tidebank’s decision to pursue its speculative development programme across the south has certainly been worthwhile. Since being appointed to bring this scheme to market, we have received a high level of interest.”
Tidebank’s Kevin Jones said: “The Coxbridge development has shown that the industrial market has really picked up in 2014. As with our other schemes we seek well located opportunities and tailor them to the local market requirements. We are now looking for additional opportunities across the South to continue our development plan roll out.”
