Property consultancy Macarthur Wilson has found new tenants for retail premises in Stroud, Gloucestershire and in Swindon, Wiltshire.
In Stroud, acting on behalf of Welbeck Investment Management Macarthur Wilson and GCW have leased 59 High Street to Blacks Outdoor Retail Limited on a new ten-year lease at a starting rent of £30,000 per annum exclusive. The ground floor property has a sales area of 1,666 sq ft and a first floor of 422 sq ft.

Acting jointly with BNP Paribas on behalf of F1 Real Estate, Macarthur Wilson has let Unit 2B, Brunel Plaza, Swindon to WH Smith on a new five-year lease for £45,000, subject to a nine month rent free period.
