Pegasus Planning Consultants has agreed a ten year lease with a five-year break on 6,773 sq ft of office space at Equinox, its Almondsbury base on the edge of North Bristol.
As well as extending the lease on Pegasus' original first floor office, the deal has allowed the firm to expand into the ground floor, providing Pegasus with an additional 2,623 sq ft of office space.
The deal was arranged by Colliers International and Williams Gunter Hardwick.
James Preece of Colliers International said: “Equinox was recently refurbished and offers exceptional car parking levels along with a number of facilities fast becoming standard in the commercial property sector such as bike storage and shower facilities.”
“Equinox offers one of the largest open plan floorplates in the North Bristol area and benefits from having been refurbished and modernised internally and externally, which makes the office stand out from the competition in the immediate area.
“The North Bristol market has seen a dramatic increase in take up during 2014 and Equinox offers the perfect balance of space and location near the M4/M5 interchange.”
The deal follows a 6,500 sq ft letting earlier in the year to Cambridge Silicon Radio. Other occupiers in the immediate vicinity include Kerry Foods, the RAC and TSB.
