Lambert Smith Hampton in Wales appoints five new property recruits3rd December 2014

Lambert Smith Hampton's five new property recruitsProperty consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has appointed five new property recruits across a broad range of disciplines, who will take up positions in the firm's Cardiff and Swansea offices.

Kate Simpson joins as Associate Director, heading up the Office Agency department with the support of fellow new recruit Katryna Ley, who graduated from Nottingham University in 2014.

Together they will support Regional Head of Agency Steve Matheson in servicing LSH’s new and existing landlord and occupier clients across the South Wales Region, covering both city centre and out-of-town markets.

Elsewhere within the agency division, Richard Tamplin will assist Owen Griffiths, Associate Director, specialising in industrial properties. In his previous role, Richard worked as a landscape architect.

Building surveyor Joel MacDonald joins the Building Consultancy team where he will support head of department, Simon Thorpe in delivering the full range of building surveying services.

Ashley Elkin takes up a role in the Lease Advisory service area, having worked at property agency John Francis. Elkin graduated in 2013 with a 2:1 in Business Management.
